Surabhi Mudra is also called as Kamdhenu Mudra. In Hindu mythology, Kamdhenu is a celestial cow that fulfills all your wishes. The shape formed by fingers in Surabhi Mudra resembles the udders of the cow.
Method of performing Surabhi Mudra:
*The Surabhi Mudra is one of the more complicated mudras. Here are some steps that will enable you to perform the Surabhi Mudra correctly:
*Bring the tip of the ring finger of each hand to touch the tip of the little finger of the other hand.
*Now touch the tip of the index finger to the tip of the middle finger of the other hand.
*Your thumbs should be gently touching each other. You are now in the Surabhi Mudra. You should perform this Mudra daily for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Take breaks in between as required.
